I. Introduction:

The automatic grease cone penetration tester is an innovative patented product with independent knowledge designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements and relevant regulations of the China standard GB/T 269-91 Determination of Cone Penetration of Lubricating Grease and Petrol Grease, and with reference to the international standard ISO2137 Determination of Cone Penetration of Lubricating Grease and Petroleum.
This instrument is mainly suitable for measuring the consistency of lubricating grease and petroleum grease, and can also be used for measuring the consistency of oil wax that has not undergone sweating and deoiling; This instrument also conforms to the testing performance specified in GB1790-2003 Pharmaceutical Vaseline. It is widely
used to measure the hardness and softness of lubricating grease, Vaseline, pharmaceutical Salve products or other semi-solid substances, and plays an important role in the process of design, quality control, and identification of product characteristics.

3. Fast Cone Tip Positioning
   Adopts stepping motor for fast lifting & lowering, plus encoder for coarse and fine adjustment. It supports position memory and automatic cone tip positioning.
4. Automatic Test Calculation
   Automatically records data and calculates the average cone penetration value upon completion of all tests.
5. Automatic Cone Lifting
   Unique design enables the cone assembly to be automatically gripped and lifted after each test.
6. Powerful Data Processing
   Stores up to 200 sets of test data and curves; supports U data export; equipped with 485 interface and ModBus protocol.
