The JFX200-2513 EX is an upgraded version of the JFX200-2513, a large-format flatbed UV inkjet printer that combines high-value printing with high productivity while being positioned as an entry-level model.

The “2.5D Texture Generator” easily creates smooth semi-stereoscopic 2.5D data.
Multi-layer gradient data can be created using the “2.5D Texture Generator” function in the bundled RIP “RasterLink7”. Smooth embossed textures can be achieved using multi-layer UV inks. This allows you to create realistic and eye-catching graphics.
New Printing Modes for Higher Productivity
The “JFX200-2513 EX” features a new “Draft Mode” for increased productivity, achieving a maximum printing speed of 35 square meters per hour (376.7 square feet per hour). This represents a 140% increase in productivity compared to the traditional “JFX200-2513” model, which has a maximum speed of 25 square meters per hour (269.0 square feet per hour).
Automatic Nozzle Detection and Replacing by NCU and NRS
The NCU (Nozzle Detection Unit) automatically detects nozzle status. When the NCU detects a missing nozzle, it automatically cleans it. If cleaning fails, the Nozzle Replacing System (NRS) automatically replaces the faulty nozzle with another, allowing users to continue operation without waiting for service personnel.
Through an external stop interface connection, users can adjust the system to meet the safety standards of different factories
