This is a 90-ton heavy-duty high-temperature resistant track transfer vehicle specially designed for high-temperature working environments (such as heat treatment workshops, forging workshops, and high-temperature storage areas). It is equipped with special high-temperature resistant materials and heat insulation protection design, and can stably and safely complete the track transportation tasks of heavy workpieces, hot materials, and high-temperature molds under harsh conditions where the ambient temperature can reach up to 200°C or even higher. It is a key logistics node equipment connecting the high-temperature production processes with the normal-temperature storage areas.
Core configuration
Load capacity: Rated at 90 tons. The frame is made of high-strength
heat-resistant alloy steel, maintaining excellent rigidity even at
high temperatures.
Temperature resistance grade: Standard type can withstand environmental temperature of 200°C,
while customized type can withstand up to 500°C (for example, when
transporting hot steel billets or hot forgings).
Multilayer composite insulation layer: The bottom of the vehicle body, the motor compartment, the
electronic control box and other key parts are covered with
high-temperature resistant insulation materials.
Heat reflection coating: The vehicle body surface is sprayed with
high-temperature-resistant heat reflection paint.
Water-cooling/Fan-cooling System (Optional): Provides active
cooling for key components such as the drive motor, cables, and
bearings.
Power supply method: High-temperature resistant cable drum (preferred) or safety
sliding contact line (with high-temperature resistant sheath).

Core Function:
Stable operation in high-temperature environment: All key components (motors, bearings, cables, electrical
components) have been selected for high-temperature resistance and
equipped with special protection, ensuring reliable operation for a
long time in high-temperature conditions.
Safe transportation of hot materials: Specifically designed for transporting hot steel billets, hot
forgings, and red-hot molds, the loading platform is also treated
with heat insulation to prevent heat from being conducted downward
and damaging the vehicle body.
Precise positioning and docking: Even in high-temperature conditions, precise docking can be
achieved within ±15mm, facilitating docking with high-temperature
furnaces, quenching tanks, and heat treatment equipment.
Long-distance continuous operation: Powered by high-temperature cable drums, it can meet the
long-distance, continuous round-trip transportation requirements
between high-temperature areas and normal temperature areas.
Safety Configuration:
High Temperature Warning and Protection: Temperature sensors are installed at key parts (motor, bearing,
electrical control box), and automatic alarms or shutdowns occur
when the temperature exceeds the limit.
Operational Safety: Sound and light alarms, front and rear anti-collision buffer
devices, and emergency stop switches are equipped.
Parking Safety: Dual guarantees of high-temperature electromagnetic brakes and
manual mechanical brakes.
Customization Features:
Platform Customization: Customizable high-temperature-resistant flat plates, V-shaped
saddle seats (for transporting hot steel coils), concave platforms
(for transporting hot steel ingots), or platforms with positioning
grooves for molds.
Cooling System Upgrade: Optional for forced air cooling or water circulation cooling
systems based on operational intensity to actively cool critical
components.
Remote Control Operation: Operators can control the vehicle from a safe distance using a
wireless remote control, avoiding exposure to high-temperature
radiation.
Automated Alignment: Can be linked with high-temperature furnace doors and heat
treatment equipment to achieve automatic opening, automatic loading
and unloading.

quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full
container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL
Container.
* If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It
needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the
equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider
bulk cargo.
