This production line integrates cutting-edge technology to ensure superior coating quality and operational efficiency. The galvanizing furnace features a high-speed pulse combustion system with dual main gas line control for uninterrupted operation, utilizing LPG with a calorific value of 8400–8600 kcal/m³. The system achieves precise temperature control between 438–450°C with a 3-segment PIC controller and large-screen display, ensuring uniform zinc coating and reduced zinc consumption.

Environmental protection is a core focus of this design. The line includes a comprehensive acid mist containment chamber, a dual-sided zinc fume collection system, and a 185kW bag filter with deodorization spray treatment. The pickling section features seven sealed PP tanks (15x1.8x3m) with an enclosed acid mist treatment room, ensuring negative pressure operation and zero acid vapor escape.

A standout feature is the patented waste heat utilization system, which significantly reduces energy costs. Flue gas waste heat is recovered to:

• Preheat combustion air to 50–150°C, saving approximately 3m³ of gas per ton of galvanized parts.

• Heat the fluxing solution to 50–70°C via a stainless steel heat exchanger.

• Dry sludge from the filter press, reducing moisture content from 80% to 10% and cutting disposal costs.

The line is equipped with fully automated material handling, including 5T+5T roof-mounted hoists with wireless remote control for pickling operations, rail transfer cars, and hydraulic lifting stations. The PLC-controlled system ensures precise immersion timing, preventing over-galvanizing and reducing costs.
