Product introduction:
Cone crusher is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, highway, chemical industry, silicate and other industries. Working principle:
The cone crusher consists of a frame, a transmission shaft, an
eccentric sleeve, a bowl-shaped bearing, a crushing cone, a support
sleeve, an adjustment sleeve, a feeding part, a spring, a coupling,
lubrication, and a motor. The motor rotates the eccentric sleeve
through an elastic coupling, a transmission shaft, and a pair of
bevel gears. Driven by the eccentric sleeve, the cone shaft core
rotates and moves, causing the crushing wall surface to approach or
leave the rolling wall surface. The material is crushed by the
extrusion and impact force in the crushing chamber. The moving cone
rotates and swings under the force of the eccentric sleeve. The
section where the moving cone is close to the static cone becomes
the crushing chamber. The material is crushed by multiple
extrusions and impacts of the moving cone and the static cone.
After multiple extrusions, impacts, and bends, the material is
crushed to the required particle size and discharged through the
lower discharge port.
