Product Introduction

Aluminum Round 1100 is an aluminum alloy that is commonly used to make non-stick cookware, such as pots and pans. The "1100" designation refers to the aluminum alloy composition, which is composed of at least 99% pure aluminum. This high purity makes it an ideal material for cookware. Features: Lightweight - Aluminum is a very light metal, so cookware made from it is easy to handle and manipulate. Good thermal conductivity - Aluminum efficiently transfers and distributes heat, allowing for even cooking. Corrosion resistant - The pure aluminum composition resists corrosion and degradation. Forgeable - Aluminum can be easily stamped, pressed, or spun into the desired cookware shape. Manufacturing process: Aluminum ingots are melted and cast into round "discs" or discs. The discs are then cold rolled to the desired thickness for the cookware. The rolled discs may undergo additional treatments such as anodizing to enhance the surface properties. The aluminum rounds are then stamped, pressed, or spun into the final cookware shape. Our factory have 9 cold rolling production lines, 41 casting rolling machines, one 1850 double-coil hot rolling machine, one 260-meter roll coating thick plate production line, two fully automatic spraying production lines, three color-coated thin plate production lines, more than 100 sets of aluminum single panel processing equipment including CNC bending machines, CNC shearing machines, CNC engraving machines and fully automatic turret punching machines. It also has a stock of 6,000 tons of 1st, 3rd, 5th and 6th series curtain base materials. It is capable of processing and producing various special-shaped aluminum single panels such as punched panels, engraved panels and double-curved panels. The daily output is 3,000 square meters and the monthly output can reach 100,000 square meters, fully meeting the various needs of customers.
