Introduction

The Solder Paste Thawing Machine (alternatively known as the Warm-up or Verification Machine) efficiently manages solder paste temperature and warm-up duration. By automating the process, it significantly reduces the time needed to monitor paste returning to ambient temperature after removal from refrigeration. This streamlined approach ensures optimal paste activity, enhances printing quality, fosters tighter control over production schedules, and ultimately boosts overall production efficiency.

Features

1. Each solder paste placement slot in the tank is equipped with an independent LED display time controller. Once the time is set, the solder paste is securely held in the tank and automatically submerges. Upon time expiration, it automatically releases, streamlining the process.

2. Incorporates a FIFO (First In, First Out) functionality, ensuring efficient management of paste usage.

3. In the event of an unexpected power outage, the solder paste bottles automatically eject even if the set time has not been reached, safeguarding against waste.

4. Equipped with an automatic alarm system that activates upon reaching the preset time, enhancing operational awareness. Additionally, an emergency stop button is provided for swift response in case of emergencies, ensuring ease of use and safety.

5. This automatic solder paste warm-up machine comes standard with 4 tanks, capable of warming up 4 bottles simultaneously. Customization options are available for additional tanks to meet specific production needs.
