This Plastic Pipe Extrusion Machine is primarily used for
manufacturing agricultural/water supply/drainage pipes,
architectural water supply/drainage pipes, cable laying pipes, and
similar applications. The pipe extrusion line incorporates advanced
design concepts to ensure efficient extrusion of PVC or PE powder,
combined with unique plasticization screw design for uniform
plastic extrusion and high-capacity production.
Production Line Configuration
The plastic pipe making machine production line consists of SJZ
series conical twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum cooling tank,
spray cooling tank (for large size pipes), haul-off machine,
cutting machine, stacker, and other essential components.
Additional auxiliary machinery includes hot & cooling mixer
(necessary), crusher, milling machine, and belling machine
(optional).
Applications
The final UPVC pipes are utilized for electrical conduit pipes,
water supply pipes, sewage pipes, house decoration, chemical
transportation, gas distribution lines, and various industrial and
daily life applications. These pipes feature high strength and
rigidity, structural integrity, excellent chemical resistance,
durability, thermal stability, non-toxic safety properties, and low
maintenance cost-effectiveness.
Production Process
PVC powder + additive → mixing → spring feeding → twin screw
extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → haul-off
machine → cutting machine → stacker

Pipe Haul-off Machines
Equipped with three crawler tracks to ensure stable and steady pipe
operation. Haul-off units offer customizable hauling models based
on specific production requirements through general control
adjustments.
Pipe Cutter
High-accuracy encoder guarantees precise and stable cutting
lengths. PLC control system enables manual operation cutting
according to specific application needs.
