YD series high protection pressure transmitter is composed of piezoresistive sensor and signal conversion module. The core component of the sensor is a single crystal silicon wafer. When the single crystal silicon wafer is pressed, its own resistivity will change. Through the semiconductor plane The process diffuses on the silicon wafer to form four resistors, which are connected to form a stone bridge. Under the action of a constant current, a voltage signal proportional to the pressure signal can be output. The signal conversion module processes the voltage signal of the sensor and converts it into 4-20mA standard signal. The sensitive element is the original imported quartz film pressure sensor core.
