incorporates ringsing,filling and capping into one kind of
full-automatic equipment.The method of filling adopts hot filling
.when the whole line compatibility is strong, can adapt to all
kinds of bottle shape just change a few parts.it makes the
operation more stable and reliable.the photoelectric sensor is used
to detect operating confitions of each section,which makes the
operation of this equipment highly automatic and convenient.

Washing heads

--Into bottle way is air conveyor direct connection with bottle
dial. Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan, to
prevent dust blown into bottles.- -All are made of stainless steel SUS 304 .they make the machine
more durable.
--304 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal
bottle crash during washing.

Filling heads

- -Bottles are held on the neck in the conveyor and transported
into filling machine by blowing power.- -Efficient spray nozzle rinse thoroughly and save water for
flushing
- -All 304 stainless steel contact parts & liquid tank, fine
polish, no death corner, easy to clean

Capping heads

- -Place and capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with
burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during
capping- -All 304/316 stainless steel construction
- -No bottle no capping - -Automatic stop when lack of bottle

Main Features

1)The equipment is fitted with advanced Mitshbish PLC to control
the operation and cooperated by frequency converter of the main
motor,It makes the operation more stable and reliable.
2)Designed by the structure of suspension type getting stuck the
bottleneck and conveying,filling valve lift technology to meet the
requirement of heat filling within 95℃.
3)There is constant temperature circulation system,self temperature
control and liquid reflux .
4)The machine parts of direct control with liquid like inlet valve
used stainless steel SUS316 material.The main
motor,reducer,bearings,sealing elements,electrical apparatus
elements and pneumatic elements are all imported from well known
manufacturers of the world.
5)The photoelectric sensor is uesd to detect operating confitions
of each section,which makes the operation of this equipment highly
automatic and convenient.
