It can also be divided into "single turnover", "double turnover" and "three turnover" according to the turnover capacity of the dumper. The largest dumper unloading system can dump 4 cars at a time. According to relevant data, the maximum daily utilization hours of car dumper is 12h. Since the incoming train may not be able to unload in time after arrival, there will be some interruption of waiting time and station train inspection time. Therefore, the daily actual effective time of the dumper is 10h, that is, the average effective time utilization rate is 40%. If the average load of each vehicle is calculated as 60t, the daily average comprehensive production capacity of a dumper can reach about 15000t (day and night).
